What type of security do you have in place?
We have physical premises security that consists of locked corporate space and a 24/7 monitored alarm system. Network Systems security entails a Firewall, isolating the Internet, the Web Site and Corporate Resources into separate secure Subnets. To protect your information we use a proprietary password authentication system and have physically distinct servers for web site pages and data transactions. We also use industry recognized Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure secure data transmission between client and web servers.
What happens if the system crashes?
We have a recovery procedure that will get our web site back up and running within 30 minutes, with a maximum state (or data loss) of two (2) hours.
Do you back up your data?
The web servers are backed up on an a regular basis.
How is access to my information managed?
ContractorHub.com uses a password that you select and control to manage access to your data. ContractorHub.com will never disclose your password to any third party, including your business partners. Also, ContractorHub.com will never ask you for your password. As long as you keep your password confidential, absolutely no one can see your company's private data.
What action should I take if I lose my password?
If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password online (located within your Profile) or contact customerservice@contractorhub.com
What happens to my information if I decide not to use ContractorHub anymore?
All information about your company, other than information that's available in the yellow pages, can be permanently deleted with approximately 30 days notice.
