Buying and Selling Was Never Easier
- Buyers can log into the ContractorHub.com site, list the materials or services they want, and ContractorHub.com will instantly transmit their requests for quotes to their preferred group of suppliers or to the HUB supplier network based on a user selected criteria (geographical region, distance from jobsite, SIC code etc.).
- The HUB facilitates local, State, National or International transactions, 24/7/365.
- Responding suppliers and subcontractors issue their bids through the HUB, where buyers can see and sort the resulting bids to establish the “best bid” by price, vendor, product, and Construction Specification Institute (CSI) Code.
- Buyers can convert the bid to an electronic Purchase Order and send it by the push of a button with required delivery date, instructions, payment terms and other pertinent information. The HUB can even help manage the flow of materials to customer job sites!
- Once the purchase order terms are met, and the materials are delivered and accepted by the buyer, suppliers then can issue electronic invoices directly on the HUB. The buyer can then use the HUB to authorize direct payments. All this in one place and completely controlled, recorded and archived for future reference.
