The pricing structure we’ve established at ContractorHub.com is based on the types of things you do on the HUB, as well as whether or not you are using the WinEst estimating software, and whether or not you choose to set up any of the available special services.

Buying via the HUB |
|
|
| A buyer is typically someone who issues Requests for Quotes (RFQs) or Invitations to Bid (ITBs) to potential sellers via ContractorHub.com. Buyers pay a low monthly subscription investment for this service. However if you are a WinEst estimating software user with the RFQ Server module you will receive the license to use the HUB free of charge for the first year. After that a minimal monthly charge per user will apply. |

| Try out the Buyer’s Subscription for a month without risk |
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period and owe nothing, even if you’ve already issued RFQs and ITBs
- After the risk-free trial, you’ll pay a monthly subscription investment of $31 (per user) to the HUB, should you decide to register.
- If you continue Using the Hub services beyond the 30 days free trial period the HUB will automatically sets you up as a registered member and invoices you for the $31/Mo investment.
- WinEst users with the RFQ module will be exempt and registered automatically (No charge for the first year).

| A Buyer’s Subscription includes: |
- Issuing up to 100 RFQs or ITBs (or a combination of RFQs and ITBs) per month
- Establishment of a private list of the companies you prefer to work with (“Preferred Partners”) and the companies you occasionally work with (“Partners”)
- Access to the HUB’s national network of subcontractors and suppliers
- Free customer support via email to customerservice@contractorhub.com

- Monthly membership investment of $31 per month (per user)
- Get a 10% discount for annual memberships paid in full
- Additional RFQs or ITBs (over the initial 100) are $5.00 each
- No transaction fee for buyers

| Selling via the HUB |
|
|
| A seller, typically a subcontractor or supplier, is someone who receives RFQs or ITBs via ContractorHub.com. Sellers pay a small monthly investment for each user utilizing the system. |
|
| There is no transaction fee for sellers! |
|
| Sellers on the HUB get: |
|
- The opportunity to take part in an unlimited number of transactions
- A company listing in our searchable database that helps buyers find you
- Free customer support via email to customerservice@contractorhub.com
- The opportunity to receive and respond to RFQs or ITBs for free
- Receive Purchase Orders and/or ITB(s) automatically
- Create invoices on the HUB automatically
- Access to all backup information archived on the HUB
- Any other services offered on the HUB

| Investments Associated with a Seller’s Subscription: |
- A monthly membership investment of $31 per user and/or location
- Eligible for a 10% discount for annual membership paid in full
- No transaction fee for sellers

- Prime Positioning – When users search our database, your company can get “prime positioning” in the search results. ($100 per month per office location, with a 20% discount for annual subscriptions paid in full.)
- Expanded Advertising – Add a logo, detailed description, or other text or art to your company profile as it appears to other ContractorHub.com users. ($50 per month per office location, with a 15% discount for annual subscriptions paid in full.)
- Banner Ad – When customers come to the HUB they will encounter your Banner with links to your Web Pages or to an additional Page on the HUB for additional information of your choosing. The price for this Banner Ad is $500 per Month, with 15% discount for annual subscription paid in full.
