Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The Information We Collect

Personally Identifiable Information: To fully use our services, you will need to register, using our online registration form, where you will be required to provide us with information such as your name, title, company name, address, federal identification number, zip/postal code, email address, telephone number, fax number, and company type. We may also collect this information in connection with surveys, transactions or other interactions with you. If you contact ContractorHub, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
Anonymous Information: Anonymous information includes data such as numbers and frequencies of members using various ContractorHub services. We use this information in the aggregate without identifying individual Members to improve our services and tailor them to the needs of our Members.
Financial Information: If you consummate transactions through the ContractorHub Site or HUB, you may be required to provide financial information relating to your transactions. Financial information may be used to complete transactions between members using electronic funds transfers. In such event, this information will be provided to our service providing partners on a secure network. This information will also be used to bill Members for service fees due to ContractorHub.com. Your financial information is not disclosed or sold to any third party.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, ContractorHub has security measures in place. We use appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
The Way We Use Information
Certain products and services made available through ContractorHub are provided by partners, either through their own websites or on websites that they share with ContractorHub. When ordering, registering for, or purchasing products or services from these partners, you will be entering into an agreement with that partner, and not with ContractorHub. In these cases, this privacy policy does not apply; instead, the privacy policy of the partner actually providing the goods and services will apply. We urge you to read and understand our partners’ policies before entering into agreements with them. We are committed to partnering with companies that share our privacy concerns. ContractorHub, however, cannot control the way these partners collect or use information.
Also, when you click through to a partner’s, or another site linked from ContractorHub, those companies may use cookies or other means to collect information about you. Again, this privacy policy does not apply to those sites; instead, the privacy policy of the site you visit will apply. If you have questions about our partners’ privacy policies or the privacy policies of these other sites, we encourage you to contact them directly.
We use personally identifiable information to provide you with information and promotional material from ContractorHub, its members and service providing partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.
We use demographic information to tailor our service to our Members business interests. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to an unrelated third party. We do, however, share such information with our necessary service providing partners.
We may disclose your personally identifiable information if required to do so by law. Furthermore, in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary, we may disclose such information to government and law enforcement officials as is appropriate. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information in order to enforce the terms of our Membership Agreement, to protect the safety of Members and to protect the legitimate interests of ContractorHub.
IP Address: If you contact us through our website, we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our service. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.
Cookies: If you contact us through our website, we may use cookies to improve our services. Cookies are small files that identify your web browser, but not your personal information, to our server (no other server can use ContractorHub cookies). We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your username and password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, and for other purposes.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out of, or otherwise prohibit, such unrelated uses.
Privacy Between Members
Our service is intended to facilitate interaction among all members related to a particular transaction. As a result members will be exchanging contact information about each other through the Site. By entering into our Membership Agreement you agree that with respect to other members personable identifiable information that you obtain through the Site or through a ContractorHub facilitated transaction you will limit your use of such information. You agree that ContractorHub.com hereby grants you a limited license to use such information as follows: (a) only for ContractorHub.com related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) that under no circumstance will you disclose personally identifiable information about another member to any third party without the members consent, except during a legal proceeding or as maybe required by a law enforcement agency, and (c) that you will not add a member to your advertising mailing list (email or physical mail) without the express consent of such member after adequate disclosure.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You may correct or update any of your personally identifiable information at any time. Simply contact: customerservice@contractorhub.com.
Your Obligation To Protect Your Privacy
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example, through email, or in chat areas - such information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
